'They are those who, while they love the altar and delight in the sacrifice, are yet unable to reconcile themselves to the continued absence of fire'

(Excerpt From: Tozer, A.W. “The Pursuit of God.)

WHERE IS THE FIRE?!!!!! A dying world watches as we admire the once fire blazing Altar that has now become a place of pilgrimage for many just to remember, how it used to be. We still serve the same God who answered Elijah by fire. Where are the Elijah's of God? And is anyone daring enough, hungry and desperate enough to call on God. How many are ready to pray: LET THE FIRE FALL!!!!

Church is not a place to socialise and get entertained, it is the place to be fed and trained for the battle that is raging in the world, the battle for Souls, the battle for Culture. The battle for world domination, the battle for our minds.

'Let the fire Fall' must be the cry of The Church of God, so that many would look and see and put their trust in The Lord. How many of us are tired of admiring the altar and the sacrifices? How many are tired of hearing how the fire used to glow and how the manifest presence of God was tangible. HOW MANY WANT A FRESH OUTPOURING OF GOD?

How many are ready to stand in the glare of criticism and call on God publicly like Elijah and tell a dying and God cursing World that "THE GOD THAT ANSWERS BY FIRE, HE IS GOD" how many are ready to see their sacrifice consumed instead of hearing stories of how it use to be consumed! Because where God is, the sacrifice will always be consumed. His presence will be manifest.

When Prophet Elijah stood on Carmel, He knew that the people did not need entertainment, he knew they didn't need some lame show paraded as the power of God. He knew they didn't need another religious ritual. He knew they needed to encounter THE MOST HIGH.

It is the kind of encounter that leaves the worship leader jobless, for the man and woman who have encountered Jehovah have no need to be lead or directed to him, they know and testify: THE LORD, HE IS GOD.

Only an encounter with Jehovah, will cause a man who cursed God, to bow down and worship, LORD, LET THE FIRE FALL.

For the fire is the manifest presence of God. LORD , let our sacrifice, once again, be consumed by You.

May the songs in our mouth be like the fire of God, that no one who hears us sing will be able to continue in ungodliness. May the song in our mouth be like the fire of God that will burn and expose every evil work and plan. For where the Spirit of The Lord is, there is liberty. May your Spirit envelope us and everything that concerns us.
